Esperia Palace Hotel

I stayed with my family from August 27th to September 2nd, we assume that from a 4-star hotel we expected more than what we got. The dining room was very, very chaotic to the point of leaving it dazed. The food however is always excellent, nothing to say. The worst thing I found was the constant presence of the animation and their entertainment as the confusion (loud music and microphone) was constant, if one had gone to that facility to relax he would have had to go elsewhere. Music and entertainment at all hours without giving your guests the freedom to choose whether to follow it or not. In the corridors of the rooms there were hung the signs indicating the times dedicated to silence and punctually at 14.00 instead they started with the music at full volume under the windows of the rooms, consequently denying the possibility of being able to rest because then between music and entertainment with microphones went on until midnight. Unfortunately, another negative thing was the space between the umbrellas on the beach, it was almost time for you to find yourself in the arms of those of the umbrella next to you, definitely too close. Furthermore, there was no bar on the beach to be able to take advantage of the all inclusive formula for which we paid, so we had to go to the bar of other establishments to be able to drink even just a glass of water. In the room there was no brochure indicating the hotel services and the various useful numbers in case of need to be able to contact even the reception and the space for 3 people was really small. Sheets changed only once, the room was cleaned daily. Friendly and kind staff.

I stayed in this hotel from 13 to 27 August. Everything is very nice, the food is very good and above all there is a vast category of it. The dining room is huge, nothing short of a canteen, a little chaotic but all bearable. It's completely buffet style, even drinking: you have to get up to fill your glass, I would have preferred there to be carafes to fill instead of personal glasses. The staff were very kind and very friendly, from the director to the village animators. The swimming pool is very large and also offers a bar service inside the swimming pool itself. The sea is quite close, you have to take a mostly shaded route of less than 10 minutes. Alas, the flaws that I found in this hotel are the rooms, which in my opinion have little to do with a 4-star hotel: the showers are in a corner without a door, in fact as soon as you finish taking a shower you find the floor completely wet. Furthermore, I, but also other guests with whom we spoke, encountered problems with the air conditioner: it cooled the room very little or not at all, or in any case the little bit of cooling it could provide disappeared after a few hours because in my opinion the air conditioner did not give off a certain amount of air. more air, even though there was the noise of the air conditioner turning on. However, we always found the rooms clean and tidy.

A structure that certainly needs to be looked after and renovated in some places, all in all we spent a pleasant week. The swimming pool is very large and comfortable due to the different levels of depth (excellent for children) and the pool bar located inside is very nice. The distance between the structure and the beach is approximately 4/500 meters but there is a shaded path that you can walk along. The beach is very very small and devoid of any service (bathroom / showers / bar) but there is a bar in the adjacent establishment. The play area reserved for children could definitely be improved. The restaurant offers a wide choice in the buffet, the appetizers are continually (rightly) proposed in different forms but more or less always the same, while the main courses (first and second courses) are very good. I strongly advise against the room overlooking the pool given the very loud music of the animation and present in the time slots 14.00 14.30 and 23.00 00. 00 An 8/10 holiday overall.

Very positive experience! Stayed in July in Residence formula; (so I didn't try their restaurant) what I can say is that it is a well-kept and clean village; I appreciated the soft all-inclusive formula which allowed me to have as many drinks and coffees as I wanted by the glass all day from 10 in the morning (even in the residence formula) the apartment was brand new, large, tastefully furnished, comfortable and spacious (a few hangers and shelves plus it would have been convenient) the possibility of using the washing machines (shared with the other accommodations) was also excellent. Nice entertainment with an exceptional village chief: Enzo D'Andretta to whom all my compliments go!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. Large, satisfactory swimming pool with bar and seats directly in the water....friendly and polite staff. The sea...the sea is extraordinary...a natural swimming pool...beautiful, the beach is accessed via a path inside the village of about 300m...those who have the residence formula however do not have the beach included and have to book separately at the lido opposite (playa blanca), not very cheap but nice and with a good bar that offers every service including the restaurant. Otherwise there is a small patch of free beach next door which is clean. The value for money was excellent. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel and all services. The organization can be said to be perfect and suited to the customers. The food is always varied and of fantastic quality!! The absolutely divine welcome cocktail especially the wonderful oysters!! All the very kind staff!! The entertainers are discreet but always present. Maybe just our room a bit small for three.

I stayed here from 13th to 20th August. A special compliment goes to the chef and all the kitchen staff as in my opinion the food has always been excellent (both first courses, meat and fish). Animation Much More super, they entertained us without ever being intrusive, congratulations to Vincenzo and Lorenzo and to all the staff for making us spend carefree and fun moments. As far as the property is concerned, it has great potential, however, there isn't much attention to the green areas or the driveway that leads to the beach for example, with a little more attention it could really be superb! The rooms are also spacious but I would recommend a modernization, the furnishings are a bit dated. Another tip: put a kiosk on the beach at least with water because being all inclusive all day and the beach being about 400 MT from the structure it turns out to be a bit distant to be able to quench your thirst. In any case it was a good week, I would definitely stay there again, but I would categorize the hotel as a 3 star and not a 4 star.
